Senior Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer experiences, and mentoring junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers, understand needs, and recommend suitable Kia models.
• Conduct vehicle demos, test drives, negotiations, and close sales.
• Generate leads through referrals, digital platforms, and local activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
• Support and guide junior consultants to improve performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation, financing, insurance, and RTO processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred) with 3–6 years of automobile sales experience.
• Proven track record with premium brands is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of auto financing and RTO processes preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
