Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing solutions and the ability to tailor sales pitches to diverse industries. You will play a pivotal role in scaling the agency s business by identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and leading a high-performance sales team. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and enterprises to grow revenue streams. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure smooth contract execution. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives. Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth. Minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience in a marketing agency, digital advertising, media sales, or related industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals. Strong understanding of branding, influencer marketing, OEM product launches and creative pitches. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches. Strong ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships. Ability to mentor and lead a team, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Data-driven approach to decision-making and sales strategy. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales).
