Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Understand client needs and offer suitable product/service solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead and customer information
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and operations team for smooth execution
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or inside sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally regularly
