Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our studio. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client consultation to closure—while building long-term client relationships aligned with the studio’s creative vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through walk-ins, referrals, partnerships, and digital inquiries
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, timelines, and expectations
  • Present studio services, concepts, and proposals confidently and professionally
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
  • Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to maximise conversions and repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client communication
  • Represent the studio professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and suggestions for business growth

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales (studio / interior / design / real estate / services preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler license
  • Efficient and safe driving
  • Ability to understand creative services and translate them into client value
  • Client-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Diploma
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Sales/Marketing (preffered)
  • Knowledge of project-based sales and consultative selling
  • Existing client network is an added advantage
