Job Title : Sales & Marketing Executive Location : Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh, 160002 Company : GENRIKTAIL ENTERPRISES Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Working Hours : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days : Monday to Saturday Job Summary : We are seeking a result-oriented and hard working ,passionate Sales & Marketing Executives to join our GENRIKTAIL team. The role involves generating leads, promoting our products . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales and business development with a fast growing organization Candidates who can come for walk in interview may apply. Key Responsibilities : Go out into the field (pharmacies, clinics, health stores, distributors) in your territory and meet people who might want to sell or use our products Introduce our products in‑person, make friends, explain benefits—just casual conversations that lead to interest. Collect leads: get names/contacts of prospects, referrals from store owners or pharmacists, and note down who wants to hear more. Maintain a schedule of field visits; map territory and allocate time efficiently for visits Pass along good leads to senior sales people or business development team for next steps. Log details of every visit: what was discussed, follow‑ups needed, possible next steps Share what you learn: what customers are asking, what competitors are doing, what objections come up Candidate Requirements : You are outgoing, open to meeting people, and good at making conversation. Comfortable traveling in your area (going store to store, etc.). 0–2 years of experience in marketing or inside sales (Freshers are welcomed ) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic awareness of pharma / nutraceutical products is a plus (but we’ll train). Motivated by targets, but also enjoy casual fieldwork. Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
