Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth.
  • Generate new leads through field sales visits, customer calls and industrial networking.• Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.• Handle channel / distributor sales network (where applicable).• Track sales performance, target achievement and submit periodic reports.• Work closely with production, dispatch and accounts teams for order execution.• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support pricing and strategy decisions.• Travel extensively within Tamil Nadu for client visits and business growth.

Candidate Profile

• 510 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales.
  • Exposure to chemical / manufacturing products preferred.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently in the field.• Willing to travel throughout Tamil Nadu.• Any Degree required; MBA (Marketing / Business Administration) preferred.
