Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling walk-ins, client meetings, site visits, and closing deals for residential projects.

Role & responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent post-sale services.
Work closely with the marketing and CRM team to ensure smooth lead management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle clients confidently and close sales effectively.
Good understanding of Pune real estate market (especially Sinhagad & Bavdhan area).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
