Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive at Oner Labs, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by onboarding key partners and expanding the network of veterinary clinics and grooming centers in Bangalore. This role will require a combination of tele-calling and field visits, involving in-person meetings and direct interactions with potential business partners. Candidates with experience in connecting healthcare professionals with patients, for example, through platforms like Practo, will be at an advantage. - Identify and approach veterinary clinics, grooming centers, and pet service providers for platform onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure engagement and retention. - Develop and implement strategies to drive business sign-ups and revenue growth. - Proactively reach out to potential partners via calls and in-person meetings to drive engagement and sign-ups. - Facilitate business onboarding, manage contracts, and ensure smooth integration into the platform. - Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipeline progress, and provide sales insights. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or marketplace platforms. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking. - Experience in platform-based sales connecting service providers with customers, such as in the healthcare or hospitality sectors, is an added advantage. - A passion for pets and the pet wellness industry is a plus.,
