Job Description

• Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned region.

• Generate demand for automotive lubricants through direct field visits, mechanic meets, and

promotional campaigns.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.

• Ensure effective brand visibility and product placement at retail points.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and field intelligence to the reporting

manager.

• Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery.
