Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market presence.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Business Development skills
• Strong analytical and market research abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in the plastics or furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development
