Senior Sales Executive

We are Looking for Only Experienced Candidates in the field of Building Materials such as Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware or Electrical items. Candidates Should have their Vehicle & be willing to travel.

Job Description

Sales & Market Visit Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers daily based on area-wise route plans.
• Meet distributors and primary dealers once a week to plan secondary sales.
• Visit sub-dealers and retailers regularly to strengthen market presence.

Sales Target & Collection Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly primary sales targets through distributors.
• Drive monthly secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Ensure monthly payment collections as per target.

Network Expansion & Promotion:

• Expand retailer network in the assigned area.
• Execute promotional schemes to boost sales and visibility.
• Organize plumber meets and local marketing activities to promote products.
• Distribute scheme gifts and occasional event giveaways.

Team & Strategy Responsibilities:

• Guide and manage the on-roll sales team for consistent performance.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to support distributor growth.
• Ensure shop branding and issue dealer certificates as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
