Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates in the field of Building Materials (Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware, Tiles & Paints or Plywood or Electrical items). Requirements: Must have prior experience in building materials industry. Must own a Two vehicle and be willing to travel regularly. Job Responsibilities: Visit the market daily, covering assigned areas. Appoint Distributors and Primary Dealers in each district or town. Achieve monthly primary sales targets set by the company. Ensure secondary sales targets are met through appointed distributors. Expand the retail network and grow business in the assigned geographical area (both primary and secondary partners). Meet monthly payment collection targets. Implement promotional activities to boost brand visibility: Conduct in-shop plumber meetings regularly. Carry out shop branding activities. Distribute dealer certificates. Launch and manage sales promotional schemes. Distribute gifts for sales schemes and during special festivals or events. If this Profile Suits you may Apply.
