Senior Sales Executive

**Job Description** As a Sales/Team Leader at Money Tree Realty, your role involves building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. You will be responsible for explaining the customers about the properties and developing Money Tree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Building good working relationships with clients by calling on leads provided by the company and maintaining relationships with channel partners through in-person meetings and via telephone calls and e-mails will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business, call/meet clients for need analysis, facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller, and close sales by submitting all relevant documents to the seller.
