Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of AAC Blocks across Rohtak, Sonipat, and Panipat. The role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, achieving sales targets, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the AAC Blocks market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct site visits for product promotion, client conversion, and support.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA preferred with 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in AAC Blocks / Cement / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals will be preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local markets in Rohtak, Sonipat, and Panipat.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
