Job Description

Role Summary We are seeking enthusiastic field sales professionals to promote construction chemical products through the dealer/retailer network. The role includes ground-level market development, retailer engagement, and achieving sales targets through strong field presence. Key Responsibilities Visit retailers and dealers regularly to promote Magicrete’s chemical product range Support product visibility and on-ground branding activities Conduct influencer visits (contractors, masons) to create pull for the products Achieve monthly sales targets through retail orders and secondary sales Share regular market updates and competitor activity reports Assist in counter demos and product awareness sessions Coordinate with the backend for order processing and delivery status Required Qualifications Graduate (preferred in Science/Civil/Chemical background) Open to candidates with strong field experience and learning mindset Experience & Industry Background 2–5 years of experience in channel sales; preference for candidates from the Construction Chemicals industry Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented mindset with good field discipline Knowledge of local market and regional language Why Join Us Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt.
