Senior Sales Executive

As a Sales Personnel at our company, your role involves driving business growth by generating leads, developing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, and closing sales for our electronics and mechanical product lines. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Your core responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential customers in target industries such as Automotive, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, and Heavy Machinery. - Developing and executing a territory/sector-specific sales plan. - Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by management. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Conducting regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to existing and prospective customers. - Acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial queries. - Understanding product specifications, applications, and limitations of the company's electronics & mechanical offerings. - Coordinating with design and engineering teams to prepare custom solutions. - Explaining technical features and benefits in customer-friendly language. - Preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in collaboration with the technical team. - Negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery timelines within company guidelines. - Ensuring smooth handover of confirmed orders to the operations team. - Monitoring competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging market demands. - Reporting market feedback to management for product improvement and new product development.
