As a Node.js Backend Developer with 12 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices. You will collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js). - Writing efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices. - Integrating databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with backend services. - Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance. - Ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and data handling practices. - Maintaining proper documentation of APIs, processes, and systems. - Participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. - Staying updated with the latest backend technologies and contributing to continuous improvement.
