We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery

At PJE Jewels, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer journey and luxury retail experience. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive who brings passion, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by providing personalized customer service and expert product guidance.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
• Guide and mentor junior sales staff to enhance overall team performance.
• Manage inventory handling, stock upkeep, and display presentation.
• Handle high-value client interactions with professionalism and discretion.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and product knowledge to engage customers effectively.
• Support store operations, events, and promotional activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury jewellery retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
• A passion for fine jewellery and customer delight.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
