We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executives with proven experience in the FMCG sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealer and distributor sales , excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the regional market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market. Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence. Handle secondary and primary sales reporting. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Implement promotional strategies and track their effectiveness. Ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding dues. Requirements: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in FMCG sales , specifically dealer/distributor model. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 300 KM around Nagpur). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in local languages will be an advantage. Perks & Benefits: Attractive fixed salary of 50,000 per month Travel allowances as per company policy Performance-based incentives
