Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Manage key accounts, identifying potential growth areas and implementing plans to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and improve brand visibility.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development of Wire Harness, Connector assemblies, wires & cables, Moulded Plugs with OEM's, tier 1 suppliers.
  • candidate with experience in similar industry product also can apply.

  • Industries served are : White goods, Appliances, Automotive, EV, EMS, Dfense, Electrical meter, medical, railways etc.

  • Strong understanding of Sales And Marketing principles, including Key Account Management and Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
