Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with customers to understand their preferences and expertly guide them through our exclusive diamond and polki jewelry collections.
  
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of diamond and polki jewelry, including the 4Cs of diamonds (cut, clarity, color, carat) and the craftsmanship behind traditional polki designs.
  
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering repeat business and generating valuable referrals.
  
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
  
• Manage high-value transactions with utmost professionalism, discretion, and integrity, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  
• Collaborate with management on inventory control, merchandising strategies, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in jewelry sales, with a strong emphasis on polki jewelry.
  
• At least 5 years of direct experience in selling both diamond and polki jewelry.
  
• Deep understanding of diamonds (4Cs), precious gemstones, and traditional Indian polki craftsmanship.
  
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with high-net-worth clients.
  
• Polished and professional demeanor, comfortable working in a luxury retail environment.
  
• An established network of high-net-worth clients and referrals is highly desirable.
