Job Description: You will drive significant revenue growth by identifying and securing new business, managing and expanding high-value client accounts, and leading strategic sales initiatives. This senior role requires you to achieve ambitious sales targets, negotiate complex contracts, and often mentor junior sales team members. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and close new, high-value business opportunities. - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive retention/upselling. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets (quotas). - Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports using CRM software. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipeline and activity reports.
