Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the travel industry. The role involves handling sales inquiries, preparing itineraries & quotations, converting leads, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and DMC partners for smooth operations.
Track market trends and competitor pricing.
Maintain CRM, daily sales reports, and booking updates.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in travel sales (mandatory).
Strong destination knowledge (Uttarakhand, Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, etc.).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to handle clients independently and close sales.
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.
