Senior Sales Executive

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves generating and following up on leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals. You will meet with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable project recommendations. Conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, and negotiating sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets are key responsibilities. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with developers and channel partners, and staying updated with market trends are essential for success. Additionally, maintaining accurate sales records and submitting reports to management are part of your daily tasks. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. - 4 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions. - Proven track record of achieving sales goals. - Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer trends. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous.
