Role: Sales Engineer – Automation

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by connecting customers with the right Siemens automation solutions. This position combines technical knowledge with sales expertise, making it ideal for someone passionate about both engineering and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation solutions

• Promote and sell Siemens products (PLC, VFD, HMI, etc.) to existing and potential customers

• Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Work with the technical team to ensure successful project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation sales (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)

• Strong understanding of PLC, VFD, HMI, and automation systems

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven
