Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
  • Generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calls, online research, and networking.
  • onduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential customers.
  • Prepare and present solar proposals, including technical design, financial analysis, and ROI calculations.
  • Explain system components, benefits, and government policies/subsidies to clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for future opportunities and referrals.
  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather testimonials and case studies for marketing use.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor project pipeline and conversion ratios.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
