Job Description

Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with HR and Talent decision-makers in target companies
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records and manage leads via CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and lead conversion

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in outbound SDR or B2B lead generation roles
  • Mandatory:

    Experience in the HR Tech industry or selling to HR stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
