Experienced and performance-driven Sales Coordinator with minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, CRM handling, client servicing, and cross-functional coordination.
Proven track record in supporting sales teams to exceed targets through process optimization, data analysis, and customer engagement.
Should be proficient in documentation, and sales administration can contribute to organizational growth.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling dispatch shipments
Coordination with field sales person’s (18 members) and customer.
Creating format for emails, presentations, and reports. - Recording and filing documents and records.
Client follow-ups for Repeat Order
Maintain customer’s data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
