Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join in Ludhiana . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, building relationships with prospective students, executing marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote academy courses through offline and online channels. Handle student inquiries via phone calls, walk-ins, and social media. Convert leads into enrollments by providing course information and career guidance. Conduct field visits to hospitals, colleges, and coaching centers to generate leads. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and seminars. Collaborate with digital marketing teams for online lead generation. Prepare and submit sales reports regularly to the management. Maintain a student database and ensure follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Willingness to travel locally for field marketing. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the education or healthcare industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
