Role Description


We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with proven consultative sales experience in the EdTech or Coaching industry. In this full-time remote role, you will engage with prospective clients, deeply understand their health and lifestyle challenges, and position Healthywayfit’s premium diabetes reversal programs as the most effective solution. You’ll be responsible for driving high-value sales conversations, building trust, and closing clients through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

This is a senior role where you’ll not only own your pipeline but also mentor junior team members on sales best practices and help refine our sales playbook.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with corporate clients and high-value individual prospects.
  • Understand client pain points and map them to tailored Healthywayfit solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from discovery, consultative pitching, objection handling, to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on EdTech, coaching, and health & wellness sales trends to deliver innovative client solutions.
  • Contribute to refining sales strategies, scripts, and team training.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets and play a key role in scaling Healthywayfit’s mission.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of consultative selling, ideally in the EdTech or Coaching industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Strong consultative approach — ability to ask the right questions, uncover hidden needs, and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by impact as much as incentives.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior sales associates is a plus.
