Key Responsibilities: - Lead and collaborate closely with the manager in delivering Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) engagements. - Design and implement TPRM operating models, evaluating complex business and technology risks, and providing solutions. - Adhere to policies and procedures supporting successful implementation of TPRM operating models. - Conduct process walkthrough discussions, document end-to-end business processes, and functional requirements. - Evaluate the application of legal and regulatory requirements to clients" TPRM practices. - Lead or participate in enhancing technology requirements like Automation, Data Analytics, and AI to support TPRM processes. - Assist in selecting and customizing approaches, methods, and tools for service offerings or industry projects. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, EY products, and service lines. - Cultivate positive relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service. - Identify opportunities to enhance engagement profitability. - Support leadership in business development initiatives and account management. - Build internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrate 4 to 8 years of experience in Risk Management throughout the Third-Party engagement lifecycle, with knowledge of organizational infrastructure and internal controls. - Strong understanding of TPRM framework, Risk Management, and Information Security practices. - Hands-on experience with TPRM tools and technology solutions such as GRC enablement solutions. - Knowledge of various standards and regulations like ISO, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc. - Understanding of networking and security concepts, incident management, disaster recovery, cryptography, and related areas. - Familiarity with OWASP, Secure SDLC standards/frameworks, and anti-virus solutions. - Experience in LAN/WAN architectures and reviews. - Preferably have prior Big-4 experience and relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc. Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in capital markets.
