Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview: Decisions, a fast-growing technology company, is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize and track revenue-generating functions across Sales and Marketing. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will play a strategic role in enhancing operational efficiency, providing insights for revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across go-to-market teams. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze end-to-end Sales and Marketing funnel performance. - Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools for visualizing revenue metrics and KPIs. - Provide actionable insights into campaign performance, lead conversion, pipeline health, and win rates. - Support revenue forecasting models and contribute to planning and budget cycles. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret performance trends and recommend strategic actions. - Design and maintain robust data pipelines and architecture for revenue analytics. - Acquire, organize, and validate data from various internal and external sources. - Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across the revenue lifecycle. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue processes and workflows. - Generate quotes/order forms for new license or renewal customers. - Ensure adherence to company product pricing and maintain margin requirements. - Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of salesforce records. Qualification Required: - Bachelors in CS / Data Science required, Masters Preferred - 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related functions. - Knowledge of Revenue & Sales Operations frameworks, CRM/marketing automation platforms, and GTM. - Experience with software such as Salesforce, Google Analytics/Ads, Power BI, Tableau, ZoomInfo, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, BigQuery. - Proficiency in SQL or familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a strong plus. - Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.,
