Job Description

Role Overview: The OTA Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of online travel agent (OTA) distribution to maximize revenue and ensure seamless online visibility. This role includes overseeing OTA performance, ensuring high content scores, dynamic rate optimization, and maintaining strong relationships with OTA partners. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Management Regularly check OTA revenue performance and identify growth opportunities. Implement dynamic rate changes based on market trends and occupancy forecasts. Content Management Monitor and maintain high OTA content scores across all platforms. Ensure accurate and up-to-date property descriptions, images, and features. Reservation and Feedback Management Review OTA reservations and address any discrepancies promptly. Monitor guest reviews, feedback, and ratings on OTA platforms, ensuring timely responses and corrective actions as needed. Promotions and Campaigns Design and execute targeted promotions and campaigns on OTAs to boost visibility and bookings. Platform Integration Oversee seamless OTA integration with all travel platforms, ensuring data accuracy and content consistency. Contract Negotiation Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and terms with OTA partners to secure favourable terms and maximize revenue potential. Reporting and Analysis Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on OTA performance, revenue trends, and market dynamics. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for hotel teams regarding all online distribution-related concerns and initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in OTA management or online distribution in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using revenue management tools and OTA platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with global OTA platforms and distribution channels. Experience in creating promotional campaigns and managing dynamic pricing strategies.
