Senior Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads from the open market and multiple channels to find potential customers.
  
• Make cold calls to identify and understand customers housing finance needs.
  
• Provide pre-approval assistance for home loans and housing loan products to interested clients.
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Guide customers through the entire loan application process, including documentation, credit evaluation, and approval.
  
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate loan disbursal.
