Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Puri. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, offering tailored insurance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management and customer service skills
