Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, located in Kolkata. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions. The role requires regular interaction with clients, conducting meetings, and presenting insurance plan options. Additionally, the individual will need to collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary and graduation 🎓.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in relationship management, client servicing, or sales
• Ability to understand and explain various insurance products and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
