JD Institutional Sales (Regional Role, AMC)

Experience & Qualification:

  • 510 years

    of experience in

    Institutional Sales

    within a

    top 15 AMC

    .
  • Strong exposure to

    Debt Markets

    ,

    Key Account Management

    , and

    Client Servicing

    .
  • MBA preferred

    with proven ability in both

    new client acquisition (hunting)

    and

    relationship management (farming)

    .

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional

    sales strategies

    to achieve business targets.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with

    Institutional clients and partners

    .
  • Coordinate with

    Funds Management, Product, Operations, and Registrar teams

    to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor channel performance across

    Debt, Equity, Arbitrage, and Passive Funds

    ; ensure activation and target achievement.
  • Maintain

    regulatory and operational compliance

    standards.
  • Organize

    client engagement initiatives

    such as IAPs, webinars, and conferences.
  • Lead and mentor the regional team to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
