Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Centre Manager in Microfinance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microfinance and excellent leadership s.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, driving business growth.

Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or service standards.

Identify and mitigate risks, implementing processes to minimize potential losses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in microfinance or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services, including credit, savings, and insurance.

Excellent leadership and management s, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal s, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving business growth through strategic planning.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
