Job Description

You are an experienced and dynamic individual with a strong network in the hospitality sector, and you are sought after to join Dolphy Pvt. Ltd. as the National Head for their Hospitality Division based in Delhi NCR. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Dolphy's national presence, managing key accounts, and leading a team to drive business growth across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** - Lead the national hospitality business unit with strategic vision and operational excellence. - Define and execute short-term and long-term goals aligned with the company's growth plans. - Monitor and manage P&L, revenue targets, and budgeting. - **Business Development:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with international hotel chains, corporate accounts, and hospitality consultants. - Drive business acquisition through architect and interior consultant networks, hotel owners, and developers. - Secure ARC approvals and corporate-level tie-ups with leading hospitality brands. - **Team Management:** - Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing national sales and operations team. - Ensure strong team development, training, performance tracking, and motivation strategies. - **Territory & Revenue Planning:** - Define sales territories, revenue targets, and account strategies. - Set and monitor KPIs across regions to ensure aligned performance. - **Marketing & Branding:** - Work closely with the marketing team for brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities tailored to the hospitality segment. - Plan and manage national-level events, exhibitions, and client interactions. - **Travel & Client Engagement:** - Willingness to travel extensively across India for project visits, team meetings, and corporate presentations. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the hospitality sector, project sales, or allied industries. - Strong PR and connections with leading hotel chains, hospitality consultants, architects, and developers. - Proven experience in handling national-level leadership roles and driving high-revenue portfolios. - Deep understanding of P&L management, project pipeline management, and CRM systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
