Job Summary

The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead, manage, and optimize the entire recruitment function at Pranathi Software Services Pvt. Ltd. The role involves developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, building talent pipelines, and ensuring efficient end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong stakeholder management, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the IT services hiring landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership/managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, staffing trends, and current market dynamics.

• Proven experience in managing and scaling recruitment teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Experience using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in IT services/consulting companies.

• Exposure to volume hiring and niche skills hiring.

• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and high-pressure environments.

• Strong networking ability and talent-branding experience.
