Understanding the requirement of clients
Will be sourcing and validating cvs from job portal, social media, reference etc .
Establishing close connect with talent and understand the role and responsibilities of talent in detailed place him to right place.
Delivery of cvs and develop rapport with hiring team of client company.
Suggesting suitable cvs and discussing the candidatures
Arranging the interview.
Follow up, negotiation and do the successful onboarding of candidates.
Keep updates of all mapped requirements.
Keep eyes of quality candidates of targeted industry.
Keep pool of ongoing requirements and close the position with minimum turn around time,
MIS Reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
Graduate or Post graduate in HR or Markreting
Prior experience in Sales/ Sales Coordiantion / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Go getter
Good in Excel
Fixed plus variable incentives.
