Job Role: The corporate recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews. Candidate coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout and su[p[ort recruitment manager on ongoing activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:) Partnering with hiring manager to understands requirement. Advertising the requirement on available sources. Conducting telephonic interview and coordination with hiring manager. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements. Identify possible source to closer position as per business requirement. Pre offer document collection and offer negotiation. A good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database. Actively builds a pool potential candidate through referrals, social media, job boards, and other sources. Acts as liaison between hiring manager and candidate to schedule interviews, extend job offers, conduct salary negotiation, and relay reporting information. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc). Familiarity with HR databases, preferable if worked with at least one Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Able to prepare Job Description with the help of technical member/supervisor. Rolling out offer letter and follow-up with candidate up to joining. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Any graduate/masters degree holder having recruitment experience. 2 to 4 Years experience as hard-core recruiter. Having at least intermediate skills with MS Excel. Decision Making Persuasiveness Basic knowledge of corporate functions. Candidate must be open to work in Day/Night shift both. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Result oriented and open to work in extended hours Ability to manager end to end recruitment process independently.
