Job Location- Mumbai, Gurgaon Reporting to - AVP - RPO / Manager RPO
Working Day : 6 days - Mon-Fri (WFO) & Sat (WFH)
•Any graduate preferably an MBA (HR). • A high level of 3 plus years of experience into recruitment. • Excellent Written and Oral Communication. • Strong Knowledge of professional network and job portals usage (Must have) • Ability and willingness to keep oneself updated with developments in industries & latest technologies (Must have) • Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent High target and delivery orientation (Must Have) • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), and Boolean/advanced searches (Must Have)
