Job Description

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
610 years
of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates and using advanced recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office Suite.

Preferred:

Experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
Arabic language skills (advantage).
