Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for US market positions across IT / Non-IT / Corporate roles
Partner directly with
US hiring managers
to understand requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
Drive sourcing through
Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and passive channels
Conduct
initial screening interviews
, assess role fit, and shortlist qualified candidates
Ensure adherence to
US hiring compliance
, background verification, and documentation standards
Manage offer rollouts, candidate negotiations, and joining follow-ups
Maintain accurate recruitment data in
ATS / trackers
and provide hiring status updates
Support process improvements and recruitment metrics reporting

Mandatory Qualifications

5+ years of experience in US market recruitment
Strong exposure to
US hiring lifecycle and compliance standards
Experience working in
US shifts / night shifts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field

Good to Have

Experience hiring for
shared services / BPO / captive environments
Exposure to
volume and niche hiring
Workday / iCIMS / Taleo / any ATS experience
