Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization. Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Coordinate with HR for seamless onboarding of new hires. Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance regarding recruitment and employment.
