Job Description

Role & responsibilities -providing first-line technical support to end-users, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing service requests related to IT systems, software, and hardware. -Incident Management: Logging, classifying, prioritizing, and resolving IT incidents (problems). -Service Request Management: Handling user requests for new software, hardware, or access, ensuring timely fulfillment. -Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support. -Knowledge Base: Utilizing and contributing to the company's knowledge base to improve self-service capabilities. - Maintaining accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions. -Customer Service: Providing a positive and helpful experience to all users.
