Job Description

Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Wealth and Insurance) domain

Role & responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates. BFSI experience is MUST.
Drive
talent acquisition for niche and senior-level roles
across BFSI (Retail/Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Payments, FinTech, Risk,Compliance, and Insurance).
Good knowledge on
Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri
etc.
Ensure
strong candidate engagement
throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Provide
market intelligence
on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with
internal policies and regulatory guidelines
in recruitment practices.

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 10 years of recruitment experience
, with at least 5+ years focused on BFSI domain hiring.
Working with American or European or Australian teams a plus.
Proven expertise in hiring for
Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and FinTech roles
(both technical and non-technical).
Strong experience in
stakeholder management
with senior business leaders.
Familiarity with
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
with tight deadlines.
Knowledge of banking products
within a domain (ie Wholesale Banking, Wealth, Private or Commercial Banking
