Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including reception area maintenance and staff supervision.
Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups with precision and attention to detail.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a related field within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is necessary.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly.
