Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Manager based in New Delhi. The Senior Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management operations, administering leases, and coordinating lease negotiations. Key responsibilities include managing commercial real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and driving strategic real estate decisions to align with organizational goals. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders, conduct market analysis, and ensure effective property acquisition, disposal, or maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, with strong skills in maintaining and overseeing real estate assets.
• Knowledge and expertise in Lease Administration and managing Leases effectively for commercial properties.
• Proven experience in Real Estate practices and Commercial Real Estate operations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills in real estate portfolios and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and tenants.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in real estate management or property administration are a plus.
• Experience with New Delhi's real estate market is highly desirable.
